HP Recommended

We have owned this HP Envy 5660 printer for a few years but recently it does not print in black ink.  I have replaced the black cartridge more than once (because I thought it was a cartridge issue) and the problem still persists.  I have run print alignments that fail, run clean printer heads and clean printer maintenance routines and it still will not print in black ink.    Some videos suggest removing the printer head to clean it out, but I cannot figure out how to do that on this model.  Does anyone have a fix?  Thank you.
