@Sberth, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Black Ink Not Printing on HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP OfficeJet 8015e is not printing black ink even after changing the cartridge, cleaning, and aligning, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Step 1: Check the Ink Cartridge and Installation

Verify Compatibility:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridge you installed is compatible with the HP OfficeJet 8015e model. The recommended cartridges include:
    • HP 910 Black Original Ink Cartridge (3YL61AN)
    • HP 910XL Black Original Ink Cartridge (3YL65AN)
    • HP 916XL Black Original Ink Cartridge (3YL66AN)

Reinstall the Ink Cartridge:

  • Open the printer’s access door.
  • Make sure the cartridge is seated properly in the correct slot. The black cartridge should be placed in its designated spot.

Step 2: Clean the Cartridge Contacts

Turn off the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer.

Remove the Cartridge:

  • Open the cartridge access door and remove the black ink cartridge.

Clean the Contacts:

  • Use a clean, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to gently clean the gold-colored contacts on the cartridge.
  • Let the contacts dry before reinstallation.

Reinstall the Cartridge:

  • Reinstall the cartridge in the correct slot and close the access door.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
