My ink cartridges for my Envy 5055 printer will not communicate.

After trying all the options with the virtual assistant to reset my cartridges and printer, my new black cartridges are still not communicating with my printer. I have resent the printer, reset the cartridge, wiped the cartridge and printer connection points dry, and wet (waiting for 10 minutes).
