Product: HP Office Jet Pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has not been printing well for more than a year.  Then I changed computers and it started showing up as

an Office Jet Pro 6960 rather than 6968.  It still does not printer.  Every now and then I will get perhaps 3 total

complete pages printed and then will stop printing again.  I just cleaned the print head and aligned.

 

I figure it is drivers, but not sure.  When I ran diagnostics it told me the serial number did not match and registered

the 6868.  Now it tells me to download new drivers.

 

What do you make of all this?
