Welcome to the HP support community.


I understand you want to use third-party cartridges, instead of the HP Genuine ink cartridge, and the printer is giving a blocked error and not unable to use those cartridges. I will surely try to find all the help.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
