My printer came with two black cartridges?

Hi there!

I have recently bought a new printer and it came with two black cartridges rather than one black and one colour. It looks like this was a packing error and I would really want a colour cartridge to be included. Could HP please look into this matter and advise? I have taken a photo of the cartridges as a proof,  thank you.

Depending on where you bought the printer, it MAY have2 black ink cartridges 305 & 307:

HP ENVY 6000 All-in-One cartridge numbersNorth America and Asia Pacific (excluding India, China, and Indonesia)Western EuropeMiddle East, Africa, Latin America, and CISChina, India, and Indonesia

67 and 67XL Black 67 and 67XL Tri-color

305 and 305XL Black 307XL Black 305 and 305XL Tri-color

124 and 124XL Black 124 and 124XL Tri-color

805 and 805XL Black 805 and 805XL Tri-color

But you still missing the tricolor ink cartridge. Please contact HP in your country to get the missing cartridge
