After suffering several days in extreme cold my printer no longer recognizes ink cartridges. I’ve replaced the carts and did a factory reset, firmware is up to date. Anyone have a similar experience or ideas to try? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

@Soniaprints, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
According to the printer specifications, the Recommended operating temperature range is 5 to 32ºC or 59 to 90ºF. The Storage temperature range is -25 to 60°C or -40 to 140ºF.
Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and also, clean the printer as shown in step 4 of this document.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
