Hi @JBZ9,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating that your HP printer isn't recognizing your Instant Ink enrollment. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Enrollment Status:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account at the HP Instant Ink website. Ensure your printer is correctly listed and that your enrollment is active.

Printer Configuration:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the internet. You can check the connection through the printer's control panel.

Reinstall Instant Ink Cartridges:

  • Remove the Instant Ink cartridges from your printer and then reinsert them. Make sure they click into place properly.

Restart Your Printer:

  • Turn off your printer, unplug it for about a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the printer's settings menu.

Check Account Information:

  • Confirm that the printer's serial number is correct in your Instant Ink account. If there’s a mismatch, you may need to update it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
