I have a H P 2710e printer which shows full ink levels. The cartridges are HP cartridges not instant ink which I have now moved from. The printer was printing fine but now the black is not printing. I have cleaned the print heads but it has not worked. Help!

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware using this link.
