My printer (HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One) Is telling me that my colored ink is critically low. I printed out the test sheet to see if would print, and sure enough, just faint yellow. That would normally not be an issue except for the fact that I've only ever printed 3 pages in color - 2 tests when setting up the printer, then the last test to check the low warning just now. At some point in the 6 months I've had it, it just decided that it doesn't have any more color ink. Feels awful scammy to me.
Anyone else have similar issues?

Hi @Name_Not_Found,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-in-One.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the printhead.
1. From the printer control panel, open the Setup menu.
2. Open the Printer Maintenance menu.
3. If necessary, open the Tools menu, and then touch Clean Printhead. A test page prints.
4. Examine the test page.
5. If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. If necessary, repeat these steps for the third cleaning cycle.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.
If the print quality is acceptable, touch Done.
