We understand that your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer will be offline for the next three months as your residence will be temporarily closed. If you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink, we want to ensure your subscription is managed correctly during your absence.
How to Pause Your HP Instant Ink Plan
HP now offers a "Pause Plan" feature for customers who won’t be printing for a while.
🔧 To Pause Your Subscription:
- Visit: HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site
- Sign in with the account linked to your printer
- Go to My Account > Change Plan
- Look for the option: Pause Plan
- You can pause for up to 6 months
- You will not be billed during the paused period
- Confirm and save your changes
📌 Your service will automatically resume once the pause period ends, or you can reactivate it earlier if you return sooner.
What Happens When You Return
When you power on the printer again:
- Ensure it is connected to Wi-Fi and HP Cloud
- It will automatically resync with HP Instant Ink servers
Any unused pages or rollover pages (if applicable) will be updated accordingly
