Hi @CamYerg,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-In-One Printer is not printing and there are no error messages displayed during the troubleshooting process, there are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.
- Check the printer connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If you are using a USB connection, try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable. For wireless connections, make sure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
- Restart the printer and computer: Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and power it on. Additionally, restart your computer to ensure a fresh connection between the printer and computer.
- Update printer drivers: Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can sometimes cause printing problems. Visit the official HP website and search for the latest drivers for your specific printer model. Download and install the updated drivers on your computer.
- Clear print queue: Sometimes, a stuck print job in the print queue can prevent new print jobs from being processed. Open the print queue on your computer and clear any pending print jobs. Then, try printing a test page to see if the issue is resolved.
- Check ink or toner levels: Ensure that the ink or toner cartridges in your printer have sufficient ink or toner. Low ink levels can prevent printing. Replace any empty or low cartridges with new ones, if necessary.
- Run a printer diagnostic: Many printers have a built-in diagnostic tool that can help identify and resolve common printing issues. Check your printer's user manual or the HP website for instructions on how to run a diagnostic test.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
