Hi @Malia7,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 3755 printer is not printing, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check the Power Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is properly plugged in and powered on. Verify that the power cable is securely connected to both the printer and a functioning power outlet.

Check the Printer Status:

  • Make sure the printer is connected to your computer or network correctly. If it's connected via USB, try a different USB port. For wireless connections, ensure that your printer is connected to the network and that wireless is enabled.

Verify Printer Settings:

  • Ensure your printer is set as the default printer on your computer. Go to the printer settings on your computer to verify this.

Check for Error Messages:

  • Look for any error messages on the printer’s display panel or on your computer. These messages can provide specific details on what might be wrong.

Check the Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly and that there is no blockage in the ink nozzles. You can also check the ink levels to confirm that they are not low.

Clear Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams in the printer. Carefully open any access doors and remove any paper stuck inside.

Update or Reinstall Drivers:

  • Sometimes, outdated or corrupted drivers can cause printing issues. Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Sometimes a simple restart can solve many issues. Turn off your printer and computer, wait a few seconds, and then turn them back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
