Hi i just bought HP printer envy inspire 7224e and I can’t use it it says Use setup cartridges that came from your printer i already put some cartridges  what should i do?

Welcome to HP Support Community.

 

 Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.

 

I request you to follow the steps mentioned below.

  1. Touch the Home button once, then the Back button twice, then the Home button once.
  2. Open the ink cartridge access door, and then close it. A Load Paper message displays on the control panel display, and the printer begins initializing.
  3. If the initialization does not begin, repeat steps 1 and 2 until it does.

Follow the prompts on the control panel display to complete initialization.
