My HP ENVY 6055e All-In-One Printer is printing blank pages... I have run diagnostics and it says everything is fine.  I don't know what to do next.  Thank you.

Hi @AAsborno,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here are some steps you can take to address the issue with your HP ENVY 6055e All-In-One Printer.

  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that the ink cartridges are not empty or low. Even if the diagnostics say everything is fine, the cartridges might still be the problem. Replace any low or empty cartridges.
  • Check Cartridge Installation: Make sure the ink cartridges are installed correctly. Remove them and reinstall them, making sure they click into place securely.
  • Clean the Printhead: Sometimes, the printhead can become clogged. Follow the instructions in your printer’s manual to clean the printhead. Most HP printers have a built-in printhead cleaning option in the printer settings.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Check the HP website or the HP Smart app for any available updates.
  • Run Printer Troubleshooter: If you’re using a Windows PC, you can run the built-in printer troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters and select Printer.
  • Print a Test Page: Try printing a test page or a diagnostic report directly from the printer's control panel. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer itself or with the connection to your computer.
  • Check Paper Type and Quality: Ensure you are using the correct type and quality of paper recommended for your printer. Low-quality or incorrect paper can sometimes cause issues.
  • Reset Printer: As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer. This will restore it to its default settings, so you’ll need to set it up again from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
