Product: Hp Deskjet Printer

Hello,

My HP deskjet printer is printing empty pages. I tried to run the quality checks through HP smart app, but it does not seem to be working. After running the clean printhead option as well nothing changed.

So its not as if the toner is lowe, as when I check the diagnostic, both color and blank cartridge are at 50%.

So, I am not sure what is the issue. My printer takes the command from my computer, but the end result is a completely blank page.
