HP Recommended

I have an HP Printer 8020.  My printer screen is reading Printer Cartridge cannot move.  

 

I looked no paper jam

 

I tried to reset/restart by unplugging the plugs into the printer and into the outlet.  Waited minutes but still getting the same message.

 

The printer cartridge will move while resetting, it will ask if I want to align the printer cartridge, I say 'Yes", there is movement but nothing prints and same message appears, Print Cartridge cannot move.
