Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Office Jet Pro 8620 e-all-in-One Printer 2015 that ran perfectly well until very recently. I started to use the Instant-ink program 5 months ago. Two weeks ago, after having changed all 4 cartriges, my printer only prints blank pages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any solutions anyone?

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 is printing blank pages after replacing all four cartridges while using Instant Ink. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Check ink cartridge status
Open the printer control panel or HP Smart and verify all cartridges show ink levels.
Make sure none of the cartridges are reported as empty, incompatible, or missing.

Reseat all ink cartridges
Open the cartridge access door and remove all four cartridges.
Reinsert them firmly until each clicks into place, then close the access door.

Verify protective tape was removed
Remove each cartridge and confirm all orange or plastic protective tape is fully removed.
Even a small piece of tape can prevent ink flow and cause blank pages.

Run Printhead Cleaning
From the printer control panel, go to Setup → Tools → Clean Printhead.
Run the cleaning cycle and print a test page when prompted.

Run Printhead Alignment
Go to Setup → Tools → Align Printhead.
Alignment can restore ink flow after cartridge replacement.

Print a Printer Status or Quality Report
Print a status or quality report directly from the printer menu.
If this page is also blank, the issue is printer-related and not the computer.

Perform a power reset
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait 60 seconds, reconnect the power, and allow the printer to fully restart.

Remove and re-add the printer software
Remove the printer from your computer’s printer list.
Restart the computer, then add the printer again using HP Smart.

I hope this helps.
