@Bazza594, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 2632 prints a test page correctly but sends out blank pages when printing documents, the issue is likely related to the print driver, ink levels, or software settings. Let’s walk through some steps to resolve this:

Check Ink Levels

  • Make sure both black and color cartridges have sufficient ink.
  • You can check ink levels from the HP Smart app or the printer’s control panel.

Run Print Head Cleaning

  • Sometimes clogged nozzles can cause blank pages.
  • Use the printer’s built-in cleaning tool:
    • On the printer control panel, press the Start Copy Black and Start Copy Color buttons simultaneously.
    • This will initiate a print head cleaning cycle.

Reinstall or Update the Printer Driver

  • A corrupted or outdated driver can cause printing issues.
  • Uninstall the current driver and reinstall the latest one from HP website: Official HP® Support

Try Printing from Another App

  • Sometimes the issue is app-specific (e.g., printing from Chrome or Word).
  • Try printing a document from Notepad or WordPad to test.

Check for Firmware Updates

  • Outdated firmware can cause erratic behavior.
  • Use HP Smart or go to the support page to check for updates.
