My printer p1102w prints blank even with inserting toner cartridge

I'm having some problem with my hp 1102w it prints blank even when inserting a brand new cartridge. I've tried to fix it few times like uninstalling hp driver and reinstalling it but same result. https://support.hp.com/ca-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110394/document/c02497683

After printing it, it still prints blank, on the link I've posted it  and unfortunately flashes green light in the figure 2 picture number 4. I don't know how to fix it.

Hi,

Please make sure any packing material been removed from the cartridge, including the left orange seal tape which may cause such behavior when remain in place, see Figure 4: Removing the sealing tape in below support document and check if that may help:

f the same persists, what is the exact toner cartridge number? is this a genuine or a replacement toner cartridge? such an error generally indicate a missing cartridge, or may not properly seated in the printer.
