Hi @Guess77,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the paper settings on your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer and print multiple pages at a time, you can follow these steps.
Access Printer Settings:
- Open the document or file you want to print.
- Go to the "Print" option (usually found in the File menu or by pressing Ctrl + P on Windows or Command + P on Mac).
Select the Printer:
- In the print dialog box, make sure your HP DeskJet 4155e is selected as the printer.
Open Printing Preferences:
- Click on "Printer Properties," "Preferences," or "Settings" (the exact name may vary depending on the software you are using).
Set the Paper Type and Size:
- In the "Paper/Quality" or "Main" tab, you can adjust the paper type and size settings to match the paper loaded in your printer.
- Choose the correct paper type (e.g., Plain Paper, Photo Paper) and size (e.g., Letter, A4).
Enable Multiple Pages Per Sheet (Optional):
- If you want to print multiple pages on a single sheet of paper, look for the "Layout" or "Finishing" tab.
- Select "Pages per Sheet" or "Multiple Pages Per Sheet" and choose how many pages you want to print on each sheet.
Set the Number of Copies:
- In the print dialog box, look for the "Copies" field and enter the number of copies you want to print.
Save and Print:
- Once you have adjusted the settings, click "OK" or "Apply" to save the changes.
- Click "Print" to start printing your document.
By adjusting these settings, you can control how many pages are printed at once and optimize the use of paper based on your needs.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
