Can anyone assist me with my Deskjet 3720 printer which is unused straight from the box but was purchased 3 years ago the printer has worked for approximately 3 months now the print quality is rubbish, smudged, and absolutely gobbledygook.

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software related changes to you have a printer?
