I just purchased brand new HP 910XL black cartridge. After installment, I cannot print out black color at all. I switched the setting to “black only” and “grayscale” but nothing works. I even wiped the sensor part with damp cloth and wiped the connector area too to clean up any old ink. The other three color cartridges are running low but that shouldn’t be the cause. Is it? When I tried printing test documents out, I just get faded COLOR pages, as if there is no black ink. I also ran diagnostics based on the HP virtual agent and printed test reports but no use. I am very frustrated so please help!
