HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

Hello, my printer is an HP envy 5000 series. While i was printing, i ran out of the black ink, so i replaced the cartridge with a brand new one (original from HP, the one i always buy). But as soon as insert the new cartridge, a message pops up "the inserted cartridge can't communicate correctly with the printer". I tried resetting the printer by unplugging it while it's on, i tried cleaning the contacts of the cartridge, and I even went to the shop and bought 2 extra cartridges (hp original of course). None of this worked, not even the 2 new cartridges i got. The same message keeps popping up. If i insert the old empty cartridge the error message disappears. What can i do?
