Purchased a brand new HP 17A Toner Cartridge from Staples.  Bought it home and installed into my printer.  Closed the cover and it continues to try and load, with a slight sound.  I removed the NEW one and put the old one back in and it prints OK.  I put the NEW one in and it will not allow my printer to work at all.  I contacted Staples and they will not replace it.  I paid $104.00 for this cartridge, and now I have nothing.  I need a replacement ASAP.  Please help.

Hi @PJBQ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand your frustration with the new HP 17A toner cartridge not loading or printing, while the old cartridge works fine. Let’s get this resolved.

To help you with a replacement, could you please share a copy of your purchase invoice via private message? Once I have the invoice, I can look into this and guide you on the next steps to get a working cartridge.
