Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Thank you for reading my issue.

I have  MFN 725 business enterprise laser jet that has a quality result as below.

HP supporter recommended replacing a fuser. so I replaced it with a brand-new one.

It is still the same as before.

the result is half of the page is not sharp.

 

I appreciate any of your input.
