MY PRINTER IS NOT COLOR PRINTING ON WIFI OR WITH USB CONNECTION

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

I understand your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 is not printing in color, whether connected via Wi-Fi or USB. Let’s go through a few steps to resolve this issue:

Check Ink Levels

Make sure both the black and tri-color cartridges have sufficient ink.

  • On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Ink Levels.
  • If any cartridge is low or empty, replace it with a genuine HP cartridge.

Print a Test Page

This helps determine if the issue is hardware or software-related.

  1. On the printer, go to Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report.
  2. Check if color appears on the report.
  • If no color appears, the issue may be with the cartridges or printhead.
  • If color appears, the issue is likely software-related.

Check Printer Driver Settings (Windows 11)

  1. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer > Printing Preferences.
  3. Under the Paper/Quality tab:
    • Make sure Color is selected (not "Print in Grayscale").
  4. Click OK to save changes.

Update or Reinstall the Printer Driver

  1. Uninstall the current driver:
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, find HP software and uninstall.
  2. Download and install the latest full-feature driver from HP:

Clean Printhead (if needed)

If the test page didn’t show color:

  1. On the printer, go to Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Repeat the cleaning process up to 2–3 times if needed.
