How do I redeem a replacement/refund for HP ink cartridges under the warranty?

I have tried HP assistant and it will not allow you to register cartridges. On the ink warranty page there is no information for enacting the warranty to get a refund or replacement cartridge. 

I dialled the number sent in the private message and it says that this number doesnt exist. (Previous Thread Link - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Ink-Cartridges-Print-Quality/How-do-I-redeem-a-replacement-ref... )

 

Please provide the correct number.
