Product: HP Smart Tank 720 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear HP,
I have purchased HP 720 Smart Tank All-in-One printer. I found that the black ink(GT53) in PIGMENT based ink where GT52 CMY are DYE based. As I am using it for school projects for my daughter, the colour prints gets bad when print cut-out is used to glue them for art and craft projects.
Another point is that the colour printed photos are also not great if there is a slight spill of water droplets.
There is no such issue with BLACK GT53 as it is PIGMENT based and is water resistant after drying.
Requesting HP to bring PIGMENT based ink for GT52 CMY.
Regards,
Sumanta Das
