Our HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All in One Printer (s/n: [Personal Information Removed]) is telling us that it cannot communicate with the black ink cartridge provided by Insta Ink. We have attempted all steps indicated on the HP site to try and resolve the issue. We are unable to get the cartridge to communicate with the printer and we do not have another ink cartridge to replace it with. The printer tells us we must replace it to continue priniting. We would like to have another black ink cartridge shipped to us immediately to replace the faulty cartridge that was originally sent.
