I bought a two-pack of HP #61 print cartridges last week at Walmart - and my printer would not recognize or accept the black cartridge - it just kept saying the cartridge was depleted - until I bought more cartridges and now it works fine. My question is how on earth do I get a refund of my $52 which Walmart will not do and they suggested I contact HP - which I have been trying without success to do for the last hour. Create an account, sign in, join instant ink, go through an automated assistant, talk to a boy named Caleb, get transferred to nobody - another automated assistant - call me back. This cannot be an accident. Are there any people there at all? HP has been in business a long time this can't be the first time an expensive print cartridge has been defective. Is there a method to get a refund and can I find out what it is without wasting another hour?

Hi @Yellowcat1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To get the refund, you might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
