I looked in the specifications for the above 7855 All in One printer with no luck.
What inkjet cartridge Number does it use??
Will inkjet cartridges #62 & #64 work in the above numbered printer??
I was unhappy with the features of the printing software on the 5660 All in One, as it did not allow for the various sizes of print, nor the ability to adjust color the way I had in a previous, much less expensive printer. (Can't remember the model at the moment)
My question in regard to the second paragraph is:
Where can I see the Software Program Features in the Envy 7855 All in One Printer??
I remember being able to print several wallet size photos on one sheet of paper and even several different 3" x 4" photos on the same sheet of paper on my first $99 printer from 15 years ago. The picture quality was much better too, because I could adjust, with my cursor, the color, hue, tint, saturation level of each of the colors available in my ink cartridges.
I can't do the above in my current Envy 5660 printer.
Hoping that by asking these questions first, I may be able to find a printer that works well for my purposes again.
Also, is there a tutorial or video that shows how to clean the inside of Envy 5660 All in One, especially the for print color problems?
I can't print colors, only black and my PC says no l access to scan feature now, while it DOES have access and can print all other things, just without color.
Thank you for your time and any information you may provide.
