Hi,
I moved to the US from Israel and a friend gave me a set of z10 ink cartridges but the printer refuses to accept them.
I need help resetting the printer region.

Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I don't see a private message icon and when I click the link in your message I get an "access denied" message:
"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
Do I need to do anything to see private messages?

OK, now I have the icon and can reach the private messages, but the are no messages there.
Please resend the message.
