Hi @Jessy93

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the details. I understand your printer is showing that the ink cartridges are installed incorrectly, even though you’ve followed the installation video carefully. It’s good that you’ve already checked the installation steps—that helps narrow things down.

To guide you further, could you confirm a few points:

  • The exact HP printer model you’re using.
  • The cartridge numbers or type currently installed.
  • Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried beyond watching the video.

If possible, please share a screenshot of the error message displayed on the printer or in the HP App. That will help us see exactly what the printer is reporting and provide precise guidance directly from HP resources.

Would you be able to provide those details?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
