I've been round and round with both the phone and chat AI. I've "cleaned printhead 8 times now" and I've replace the cartridge. NO Joy. I think it's time to get the printer serviced by a real person. Where can I get it fixed?

Also got the following error from one of the webpages that was trying to connect me with a live support person.
{"statusCode":400,"message":"endpoint validation returned false","messageCode":"urn:hp:api:apimgt:input-validation-plugin:request-rejected"}

I've found a link at the bottom of the HP support web pages that takes me to a list of authorized HP Service Centers. That's goodnews. Bad news is there are none in the whole state of GA. The closest to Atlanta is Birmingham, AL.
Is that true? There's no place in GA to get an HP printer serviced?

Zoey,
How do I get a case number? I went through the online troubleshooting to no avail. When all interventions failed it directed me to either Community Support or gave me a phone number for a real person. The phone number which was not a real person but a Voice Response Unit(I wouldn't call it AI) could never get my S/N correct (is it an "Oh" or a "Zero" ) Finally it told me that I didn't have a valid product.
So here I am at Community Support.
It's the same complaint I've seen on here several times. Cyan doesn't print. I've replaced the cartridge and run the "Clean Print Head" 8 or more times to no avail. Now what? Is the print head replaceable? Where could I inquire about service?
Thank you.

s/n sent as a PM, though I'm not sure whether the "O" is a letter Oh or the number zero.
The printer doesn't print Cyan.
I've turned it off and back on after an hour delay.
I've replaced the cartridge which still showed half full.
I've run all the Print Quality Toolbox programs from HP Smart.
Specifically I've run "Clean Printhead" almost a dozen times now. So many times my Magenta and Yellow carts now need replacing.
SImple question, where can I take it to get it serviced?
