Ordered a new, unopened Officejet Pro 8615 to replace an older model that quit recently. Uses the same ink cartridges (950/951). There was nothing extra in the box, which looked like it had never been opened, other than the packaged cables and power cord.
Printer setup will not continue with HP 'standard' ink cartridges. Stops with message to use SETUP cartridges.
Challenging trying to find an answer here, which tells me to contact support to order new setup cartridges but when trying, I cannot locate a way to order. Please let me know where to go so I can get the printer functional. Yes, I do use HP ink and they are barely used from the previous printer. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to help!
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
