Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, 

I bought HP 1515 Deskjet printer from Dubai and was using HP650 ink cartridges. I moved to India and 650 is not available.  So I bought HP678 (box said compatible with HP1515 printer). 

 

The cartridges HP678 do not work. 

 

Please help.

Yes, we'll have to do a region reset.

 

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

 

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

3. You need to have all the cartridges from the old region/country.
