Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

I have a M428fdw laser printer bought when I lived in Switzerland, I've moved back to Australia and tried to install a cartridge I bought here and I get the error "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer".

 

I believe I change to reset the region of the printer with the help of HP support?  Not sure what the point of region locking like this is other than creating pain for your customers.  But anyway how to get in contact with HP support to get this resolved?

You need to contact Swiss HP support, they will guide you on how to change region.
