I have completed all of the print quality issue steps. Cleaned the print heads several times through level three. Tried to align but it fails every time. I’m guessing because the quality is so poor on my print. This printer does not allow me to bring the carriage to center manually. It needs to be in an error state, but I cannot get to one. I have purchased new print heads and just want to change them.  How can I get it to recognize that the print heads need replacing?
