I am out of warranty, but am currently still enrolled in the monthly HP Instant Ink program. Last night I I changed out two cartridges but cannot print because one of them is apparently damaged. I have spent at least 4 hours with the website diagnostics, unistalling/reinstalling, cleaning the cartridge, “chatting” with the robotic assistant, tried telephone calling today— to be told via automatic voice that I need to open a case online first. Attempted that BUT I am out of warranty for the printer!!!!!!
I need to replace/exchange a yellow ink cartridge immediately so that I can resume printing!!!!
How do I get to speak to an instant ink HUMAN?

I understand you are not able to print due to the ink cartridge error. What is the exact error?
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
