I purchase a Neverstop Laser original HP toner (143AD) dual pack for my HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202W printer.  However, the printer will not accept the ink kit.  I can insert the kit into the printer but the kit will not rotate 180 degrees like it is supposed to.  I tried forcefully in either direction, but it will not move.  And I cannot inject the ink into the printer without rotation.  I tried turning it forcefully in either direction, but it will not budge.  I initially inset the kit with the contacts facing forward which line up with the contacts in the printer. The printer is powered while attempting to refill the ink.  These are original HP ink kits.

Why doesn't the 143AD ink kit rotate?

How many pages you printed so far?

When the printers drum gets to end of it life you can't install new reload kit, it will not allow you.

Drum life is around 20000 pages, but it will lock earlier preventing new toner refill.

Total impressions (pages) are 11,895.    What are my options with regard to this issue?

Don't force refill. Check the contact pins on the printer for bent or damaged pin.

The contacts pins are fine.  The ink cartridge just will not rotate and I cannot dispense the toner.  The printer prints fine I just need to add some toner.  Is it time to get a new printer after only 11,895 pages?

Does that mean that the printer at the end of its life? I've only had mine for three years. My last two HP printers lasted sixteen years and 17 years.
