We just bought HP 680 ink cartridges for our old HP Deskjet 2130 printer that we bought in 2018. Previously we were still able to print our documents with black ink just last month, but the moment we replaced our old black cartridge with the recently bought ink cartridge and tried to print a document, the printer started stating that "Printer/Device is Busy" and this image started showing up in our HP Printer Assistant. We tried going back to the old ink cartridge to fix the problem, but it still had the same issue as the new ink cartridge which the ink levels were not showing and the printer black ink alert started blinking every time, we try to print something. Any solutions to fix this?
