Hi, 

I am on an instant ink plan so using HP cartridges sent by yourselves.

I replaced the black cartridge last night and since then it is not printing any black ink whatsoever, only colour.

It is recognised as full and installed correctly but prints absolutely zero ink.

 

Could someone help and/or arrange to get a free replacement cartridge out to me.

@Mrsbbirch, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is not printing in black. Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Clean the ink cartridge up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result. 

 

If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
