Anyone have any experiences with HP Original product Cartridges NOT Communicating with their Printer ?

Try these steps:

  • Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that you have installed the new ink cartridge correctly. Double-check that you removed any protective tapes or stickers from the cartridge and that it is securely inserted into the correct slot.
  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve communication errors. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Clean the Cartridge Contacts: Ink residue or dust on the cartridge contacts can interfere with communication. Carefully remove the ink cartridge, and using a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with water, gently clean the copper-colored contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting the cartridge.
