Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hello,

Please, i just bought a new HP DeskJet 2700,

Inserted the new cartridges that came with the printer ( genuine HP), did the printing trial, colors were very light, then run the print quality diagnostic report, magenta does appear, cyan and yellow are very light. Black is very faded. 

I did the cleaning process and still the same issue.
