How can I contact HP to get a replacement? I didn’t buy from HP but have invoice and packaging evidence in an email ready to send. I’ve spent 30 minutes searching their sites. I suspect that they would prefer me to get fed-up and give up.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you tried cleaning the ink cartridge copper contacts?
- What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
