Product: HP DeskJet 2723e All-in-One Printer

I am trying to install my new printer, but it keeps saying that the ink cartridges are empty. These ink cartridges came with the new printer, so I guess that it is an error, unless HP sent me empty ink cartridges. Is this a common error with the HP DeskJet 2700e and can it be fixed?

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP Printer.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
