Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6230 ePrinter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was given a brand new Office jet Pro 6230 hp printer.  It didn't have the setup cartridges included to get the printer working.  How can I bypass this to be able to use my printer?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
