I changed my 902XL print cartridge. Error message was that the cartridge was not communicating with the printer. I used a different cartridge. I got the same error. I cleaned the areas noted on the help page and I turned off the printer, unplugged and restarted. Same error. Any suggestions on what could be wrong and how I can get this to work properly?

Never mind. I purchased the incorrect cartridge in error.. returned the incorrect cartridge and got the correct one. All is good now.. I sure feel silly.
