Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer

New HP Cartridge 936 when installed creates an error message that says it cannot communicate with printer.

I have unplugged the printer for 60 seconds are restarted but did not solve problem.  I have downloaded updated software for the printer and still not communicating.
